Through 12 years of experience in an industry, I brought my passion to clean and effective layouts, guidelines and human-centered design in both digital and print. I own an excellent background as concerns the global branding strategy and visual marketing communications (digital, UX&UI design), which I got during my experience in advertising and design agencies by working with world-leading brands, such as Heineken, Coca-Cola, JTI, Bacardi, Martini, Bosh, Hyundai, Samsung, Prestigio, and many others.
During Design Management Master course I evaluated the ability to develop complete management of the design process integrated thinking and emerging needs of organisational processes. I undestand finacial components in the macro economics and in the needs of everyday life, which were proved during my freelance experience in managing innovation projects applied consistently to the needs of business and consumer. Strong understanding of marketing were gained during marketing course and successful marketing strategy project for new product of BAT Belarus.
Communicational skills, ability to lead the group, understand the needs of each member of the team, strong presentational skills and competence to explain the connections between units of the strategic concept were acquired during my work in Novabase (Lisbon, Portugal), where I lead teams through the projects, help find solutions and build strategy.
Also, I am highly motivated in my work, which allowed me to build a successful career of UX&UI designer (12 years experience). During this period I developed my software skills and obtained invaluable experience in different areas of design, namely Web and Mobile Design, Identity Design and Branding.
